Self-Care Art Activity Book
The Self-Care Art Activity book provides 20+ creative, hands-on art activities with the intention to offer moments of calm and clarity in addition to building a healthy foundation of creative expression. The book is filled with mindful art-making activities interspersed with language that helps to define how these exercises differ from art therapy. Activities include gratitude journaling, mandalas, collage-making, among other creative prompts and guides.
For every book sold, $35 is donated to support The Art Therapy Project’s Youth Art Therapy Programs.
This book was created and produced by our Youth Affinity Group and each template was created and donated by an artist, and all activities have been vetted by art therapists. Please note: these art exercises are not art therapy exercises because the work made is not processed with an art therapist. They are activities inspired by art therapy techniques and encourage you to carve out time in your day for self-care art-making.

Punaballoo
Punaballoo partnered with The Art Therapy Project during the pandemic. Punaballoo sells original artwork, mugs, totes, aprons, and more all inspired by puns. Each quarter, Punaballoo donates 5% of all website sales towards The Art Therapy Project’s programming for those in need of mental health services.
Rocco + Ginger
Rocco + Ginger sells original paintings, gifts and photography.
Each year during Mental Health Awareness Month, 20% of all Rocco + Ginger online sales are donated back to The Art Therapy Project.
